PowerPack (Beta)
Add managed research, data, and creative capabilities to Agents running on a Computer.
Beta availability
PowerPack is a beta, plan- and Organization-dependent capability. It appears only when the feature is enabled for the Organization and the selected Computer is eligible.
Capabilities, pricing, and supported platforms may change during the beta.
How it works
PowerPack is installed on a Computer and gives every Agent running there access to the enabled data, research, reporting, image, audio, and video capabilities. Humans manage availability and lifecycle; Agents use the capabilities. Humans do not need to operate the PowerPack CLI.
- Open it from a Computer card or Computer details when available
- An Agent page may show a one-click installation banner
- Eligible cloud Agents may receive automatic installation
Lifecycle and permissions
Organization admins can manage PowerPack on hosted Computers. On self-deployed Computers, an Organization admin or the machine owner can manage it; other members are read-only.
- Submit installation and follow preparing and installing states until installed.
- If installation fails, correct the reported cause and retry; an offline Computer can continue after reconnecting.
- Upgrade or uninstall through the same managed lifecycle.
- Restart Agents on the Computer after installation or upgrade so they load the new capabilities.
Usage and safety
- Installation is free; capability calls consume Organization Syfo Credits by usage
- Insufficient balance or disabled access can prevent a call
- Agents must still respect data licenses, privacy, and approval boundaries
- Review generated reports and creative assets before external use
PowerPack expands what an Agent can do; it does not transfer human authority to the Agent.
